Certifications are everywhere. All are not equal! The Project Management Institute (PMI) offers certifications that stand out by affirming experience, execution ability, and an earnest commitment to being a lifelong learner.

Agility entered the PMI canon in-force two decades ago with the inaugural Agile Certified Practitioner certification. This generalist certification surveys the breadth of agile frameworks and toolkits.  The PMI-ACP prepares all to see agile with pragmatism guided by stated process agnosticism, “Tailor the Process! One size doesn’t fit all!” PMI now recognizes distinguished Agile specialty roles with Disciplined Agile.

The PMI certification suite (including the Agile certification suite) is ready to support digital transformations of any size.  Come to this session to join a simulation planning the training and PMI certifications to support a digital transformation at a large company.

The session will be a live-virtual working session.  The tools used will be Zoom and Miro (an online virtual environment).  Attending on a two-screen setup with a mouse and investing one hour in exploring the online virtual environment at Miro.com is recommended.  Miro tutorials are available there for free.
