Leaders in the private and public sectors are engaging consultants to build a high performing workforce and develop future leaders. I will share the learnings of the changing trends that I have observed in my mentor/coaching role to senior leaders in the state and provide insights on what techniques could be beneficial as chapter members strive to become better leaders/Project Managers.
