Speaker:  Denise Morgan, RN, MSM, PMP, Six Sigma Green Belt

Bio:
Denise has over 25 years of experience as a professional manager/director. Within those 25 years she's worked as a registered nurse and various director level positions at UMMC River Oaks Hospital and St. Dominic. Also, Denise spent 8 years managing IT related project at UMMC. Denise has a Master's in Nursing from UMMC, a PMP, and Green Belt certifications.

The purpose of this presentation is to discuss the fundamentals of team building and best practice for building successful teams.

Objectives:
1. Comparing the difference between a committee and a team.
2. Describe the fundamentals of team building.
3. Discuss best practice techniques for successful team building.
