MEGAN STACHOWIAK, PMI-RMP
Sr. Project Manager, Scoping, CX PMO
Megan has a background in engineering management and is an experienced leader with 20+ years of project, risk, client, and program management experience. Megan’s current role is as a senior project manager, with a focus on scoping, in the customer experience PMO division of a global organization in the gaming industry. Prior to that role, Megan led project risk assessments and developed a model in Oracle Crystal Ball software to run Monte Carlo simulations to calculate risk cost and schedule contingencies for the Value Engineering consulting services industry. Additionally, Megan spent the first part of her career in the nuclear power plant consulting services industry, where she performed qualitative project risk assessments for a variety of different engineering analysis projects.
