 Synopsis: Innovation is the life blood of the telecommunicatio
 n service industry.&nbsp\; Highly dependent upon it\, the problems we solv
 e for our customers and the value we ultimately deliver to them sits on in
 novation as a foundation. However\, so often we can’t get out of our own
  way and let it flourish. Old ways of thinking\, silos and lack of effecti
 ve collaboration are often as harmful as hanging on to outdated processes 
 and management styles.&nbsp\; These and other barriers from the perspectiv
 e time spent in the telecommunications industry will be discussed along wi
 th an open follow up discussion.
